Guilin Municipal Tourism Bureau was established on 24th, May 1984, It is a functional department of Guilin Municipal People’s Government, responsible for administrating and operating related affairs of Tourism. The main responsibilities of Guilin Municipal Tourism Bureau are as follows: Drafting out the local tourism development policies and rules; working out related tourism regulations, and standards & criterion of tourism service quality; Drawing up the annual program and pushing the implementation of tourism industry development general planning.
