Complimentary airport transfers upon arrival at Kuching International Airport

Tourism Malaysia will arrange complimentary arrival airport transfers for PATA Annual Meeting 2010 (PAM2010) delegates arriving Kuching International Airport April on 21, 22, 23 (Wed, Thu, Fri).

Delegates arriving at the airport on these dates may contact PAM2010 service desk for a complimentary airport coach transfer to a PAM2010 official hotel. (Four Points by Sheraton, Grand Margherita, Hilton, Pullman, Riverside Majestic)

Please note:

1- Complimentary airport transfer is provided to PAM2010 delegates staying at a PAM2010 official hotel only. Delegates not staying at a PAM2010 official hotel are required to make their own transfer arrangements

2- Delegates are required to submit flight details upon registration and no later than 12 April to events@PATA.org

3- PATA is unable to guarantee arrival transfer if flight details are not submitted and acknowledged by this date

Complimentary Departure Transfers to depart from Kuching International Airport

Tourism Malaysia will arrange complimentary departure transfers for PATA Annual Meeting 2010 (PAM2010) delegates from PAM2010 official Hotels to Kuching International Airport on April 25, 26, 27 (Sun, Mon, Tue).

Delegates departing on these dates may confirm departure details at PAM2010 transfer desk for a complimentary airport coach transfer from PAM2010 official hotels (Four Points by Sheraton, Grand Margherita, Hilton, Pullman, Riverside Majestic) to Kuching International Airport.

Please note:

1- Complimentary airport transfer is provided to PAM2010 delegates staying at a PAM2010 official hotel only. Delegates not staying at a PAM2010 official hotel are required to make their own transfer arrangements

2- Delegates are required to confirm departure details at Transfer Desk upon arrival at the venue (BCCK)

3- PATA is unable to guarantee departure transfer if departure details are not submitted and acknowledged by the PAM2010 transfers desk
