PATA 60th Anniversary & Conference Official Hotels

The following hotels have agreed to set aside a limited number of rooms at special rates for PATA 60th Anniversary & Conference delegates.  Room reservations must be made directly with respective hotel by using official booking form provided through the button below.  All rates quoted are net and inclusive of applicable taxes and breakfast.  The actual charge will be in local currency: Chinese Yuan (CNY).  Payment to be made direct to the hotel when you are in-house.

All official hotels are in a walking distance to the conference venue.  In order to reduce carbon emissions, there will be no bus transfer provided during the conference.  Delegates are encouraged to walk between the official hotels and the conference venue.

Delegate Travel Form

We have been requested by our host - Beijing Tourism Administration (BTA) that the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau (BMPSB) need to screen all delegate names and their hotel accommodation prior to the conference.

We would be most grateful if you could spare a few minutes of your time to complete the Delegate Travel Form then save and return to us along with the copy of your passport to Events@PATA.org or fax to +66 2 658 2010 by this Friday, March 18.
