Complimentary Arrival Transfer: September 12-17
From Macau International Airport, Macau Ferry Terminal and Taipa Ferry Terminal to Grand Hyatt Macau

Please provide full flight information to PATA by September 1st, 2010.  The transfer service will not be guaranteed for flight information received by PATA after September 1st, 2010.

Complimentary arrival/departure transfers will be provided by the host only to/from Grand Hyatt Macau and NOT include any transfers between Hong Kong and Macau by air and sea.

If you arrive at Macau International Airport:

- You should clear immigration and customs at Macau International Airport
- Transfer staff will escort you the board the shuttle to Grand Hyatt Macau

If you arrive at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) and require immediate connection to Macau by Sea Express Ferry from SkyPier:
   -  You can connect to Macau via HKIA without the need to clear Hong Kong Immigration
      and Customs.
   -  Your checked baggage should be tagged to Hong Kong, and NOT Macau.  
   -  Please note that some airlines provide “Baggage Tag Through Service” which sends
      baggage directly to Macau.
   -  After your landing at HKIA, you should approach Sea Express counter (TurboJet/CotaiJet)
      in Zone E1 for your Sea Express Ferry check-in.  At this counter you should hand over
      your checked-in luggage tag/s to the ferry operator who will claim luggage at HKIA on
      your behalf.  You will only claim your luggage by yourself when you arrive Macau.
   -  In order to ensure your ferry schedule, it is advised to buy ferry ticket in advance
      from online booking services.  However, the ticket can be purchased on spot at the
      Sea Express counter.
   -  Delegates need to arrive the Sea Express counter in HKIA at least 60 minutes before
       ferry departure time. For passengers without checked baggage, 30 minutes would be
       sufficient (hand baggage must not exceed 9” x 14” x 22”.

   -  In order to board the Sea Express, you’re required to:-
   -  check your baggage status with the ferry ticket reading machine
   -  Scan ferry ticket at the ferry boarding entrance
   -  Board ferry to Macau from SkyPier
   -  The ferry ride is between 60-75 minutes, depending on sea conditions and type of boat.
   -  Upon arrival at Macau, you should clear Macau immigration, claim your baggage and
       clear Macau customs.

If you arrive at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) and plan to overnight in Hong Kong before travelling on to Macau:
   -  You should clear immigration and customs at HKIA.
   -  Transportation: You shall be responsible for your own transportation in
       Hong Kong. Airport Express links HKIA directly to Hong Kong's central business
       district and buses connect the airport with most of the city. The 35.3 km journey
       between the Airport and the city takes as little as 24 minutes.
   -  Hotel Accommodation: You shall be responsible for your own accommodation
