Airport Transfers

Airport transfers between New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport and PTM2011official hotels will be made available to all registered delegates arriving on September 04-06 and departing on September 09-11, 2011

Arrival– Airport Transfers on September 4, 5 and 6 (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) : India Association of Tour Operators (IATO), will be operating a PTM2011 Arrival Service Desk at Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) on September 4, 5 and 6 (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday). All PTM2011 delegates arriving New Delhi on these dates are requested to send flight details to ptm2011@iato.in by the latest August 26, and contact the PTM2011 Arrival Service Desk for a complimentary airport transfer to a PTM2011 official hotel. PATA and the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, cannot guarantee arrival transfer without IATO receiving flight information from the delegates.

Departure – Airport Transfers on September 9 evening, 10 and 11 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): Departure transfers from PTM2011 official hotels to IGIA will be available from September 9 evening, 10 and 11 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). If you depart before or after these dates, or if you are not staying at a PTM2011 official hotel, you are required to make your own departure transfer arrangements.

Please contact hospitality desk located in Pragati Maidan, Hall 18 on ground level to arrange your departure transfer with IATO at least two days prior to your departure date.

DEPARTURE LOUNGE - Plaza Premium Lounge provides a discount rate for PTM2011 delegates to enjoy their departure lounge at Indira Gandhi International Airport T3. Delegates are required to pick up discount coupon at booth n. F178, First level, Hall 18.
