India Association of Tour Operators (IATO), will operate official motor-coaches for connections between PTM2011 hotels and Pragati Maidan Hall 18, official dinner receptions from September 5-9 (Monday to Friday).

The PTM 2011 official transport schedule serves only to/from PTM2011 official hotels (as listed).  If you are not staying at a PTM2011 official hotel, you are required to make your own transportation arrangements.
