Travellers from Chennai, India, to the Seychelles, can now do so in a non-stop flight. Air Seychelles has recently obtained landing rights with Chennai, and will be introducing a new service from November this year. Seychelles has a prominent Indian community. Moreover, with recent statistics showing a 57% growth in Asian visitors, according to a report in eTurboNews, Chennai made good business sense for establishing a route. The flight will depart Mahe, with a stop-over in Chennai, before going on to Singapore.
