Antonson Receives Honorary Doctorate

Rick Antonson, President and CEO of Tourism Vancouver and Chairman of the PATA Government Destination Committee received an honorary doctorate, Doctor of Laws, from Capilano University, Canada.

 

The doctorate is the highest form of recognition granted by Capilano University. It acknowledges those who have made substantial contributions to society at the provincial, national or international level. Antonson received the honorary doctorate together with Arthur Griffiths, former owner of the Vancouver Canucks and Chair of the original 2010 Olympic Bid.
