Executive Assistant to CEO
To provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings and personal appearances while also acting as the "gatekeeper," understanding in varying degree the requirements of the CEO, and with an ability through this understanding to decide which scheduled events or meetings are most appropriate for allocation of the CEO's time.
The Executive Assistant will often be privy to very confidential information and therefore must be able to work with sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner. He or she will be required to relay information accurate through phone conversations, messages, emails and other forms of communication. The Executive Assistant may from time to time act as proxy for the CEO, representing him in meetings or communications or even presenting prepared information on behalf of the CEO when he cannot be there himself.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for processing all correspondence from the CEO as well as opening and prioritizing all incoming information. She or he will also maintain records of all documentation, file materials, manage data entry and even set up databases and other relevant data information. Opening, sorting and categorizing all incoming information to the CEO and getting it to the appropriate people in a timely fashion.
Supervising any support staff and ensuring all office policies and procedures are being implemented.
The Executive Assistant should possess excellent English communication skills both verbally and in written form, should be very organized and logical, and should be able to multi-task and work on several big and small projects at one time. Word processing skills, PowerPoint, spreadsheet and database experience is also essential.
A suitable business degree is preferred; applicants may be Thai or Foreign

Duties:
· Support the Assistant Director in the efficient running of the unit
· Provide administrative and logistic support to various ad-hoc research teams and projects as and when required
· Apply appropriate design attributes to the product range of the OSM
· Develop and maintain professional relationships with a variety of PATA members, as well as industry and key stakeholders through well targeted and specific eMarketing mechanisms
· Assist in the development and maintenance of the OSM website
· Maintain and develop the OSM Data Dashboard with data support from the SIC
· Provide editorial support such as proofing and translation (into Thai) for the various OSM outputs and media releases

Assistant Manager/Manager - Strategic Intelligence Centre

· Maintain and where appropriate evolve the SIC’s extensive quantitative databases which cover elements including origin-destination country pairs, air capacity shifts and movements, lodging activity and airport throughput statistics
· Identify, track, collect, collate, analyse and present the findings inherent in these data
· Provide support to the Associate Director in delivering timely, accurate and relevant reports to the members, the industry and where appropriate, the Media
· Respond to PATA member, industry and key stakeholder requests for data/research
