Q: How do I create a personal profile?
A: Fill in the following form: http://www.pata.org/Register. If you are employed by a PATA member organisation, a message will be sent to the administrator of your corporate account. Once they confirm you are an employee of that company, you will have access to all PATA member benefits online. If you are not a PATA Member you will still be able to create and browse profiles but your access will be limited

Q: How do I create a corporate profile?
A: Key contacts for each PATA member have been messaged with links on how to access and edit their corporate profile online. If you are a PATA member and have not received this email, please message website@pata.org for details on how to register.
Q: Can I create my colleagues profile on their behalf?
A: Yes – you can through the registration process for them from this link on the homepage:http://www.pata.org/Register. But it is better for your colleagues to register themselves so they may choose their own password, upload their favourite picture etc. There is also an email confirmation process. You would need to decide if you wanted to enter your co-worker’s email address and have them complete the process on their own, or if you wanted to use your own personal email address to get their profile live for them. If you register for them, you would need to let them know their login information so they could return to the site and customise and interact with their profiles.
Q: How do I add my colleagues to the corporate profile?
A: Your colleagues simply register through the following link: http://www.pata.org/Register. If you are the administrator of your organisation’s profile, you will receive notices for each staff profile created, rather like a facebook 'friend request’. If they are valid, all you need to do is approve them as employees of your company and they will enjoy access to PATA member benefits and show up on your organisation's corporate profile.
Q: After I’ve added my colleagues to the profile, can they also upload “Promotions” & “Employment Opportunity” to our Corporate Profile?
A: They can only upload promotions and employment opportunities if you make them an ‘admin’ as well - and you can do this from the ‘Manage People’ link.
Q: Can I add events to my profile?
A: If you are the admin of the account, you still need to email website@pata.org to request that your events are posted to your profile and within PATA Events. We are discussing changing this in a future version and welcome your feedback.
Q: How do I become the “Admin” of my corporate profile.
A: The admin contacts have already been sent out in an activation email. If you should be the admin of your account but have not received such a communication then please send an email to website@pata.org. If there is already an admin for your account but you would also like admin access, email your admin and have them add you. Again, this may be done using the ‘Manage People’ link.
