Alana Witte founded The Chief Guest Officer to help hotels, restaurants, and destinations develop a singular “guest-centric” vision across all methods of customer contact in the guest journey, and realign all departments of the business to support this, in order to truly reinvent the guest experience, create more loyal (and profitable!) guests, and drive revenue.
Before establishing The CGO, Alana led the accelerated global growth of Revinate (the hospitality industry’s leading online reputation and guest satisfaction technology) in the Middle East & Africa, launching Revinate’s Dubai and Cape Town offices.
Alana has recently joined INTEREL, a hotel technology company bringing IoT to the hospitality technology through their award-winning sustainable energy and water management technologies, where she spearheads the organization’s efforts with global key accounts.
Alana holds a master’s degree in Arabic Studies from the University of Texas, and began her career in communications and branding advisory for the MEA market, predominately in the hospitality, tourism, and development verticals.
