Dorsett wraps up the year with Accolades

HONG KONG, December 14, 2018 – Dorsett Hospitality International, Malaysia was bestowed the Top Hotel Chain 2018 Award by Expedia Group at the recently concluded Annual Partners Award event held in Kuala Lumpur in Dec 2018. The annual awards recognise creative and ground breaking campaigns that demonstrate state-of-the-art innovation, originality and success in travel digital travel marketing and advertising, which have successfully engaged global travel audiences and driven impactful results.

Right on the back of this award, the 322-room Dorsett Kuala Lumpur was most recently accorded the 2018 Customer Review Award by, one of Asia’s leading hotel booking sites. The Award is given to accommodation partners who work closely with Agoda to go above and beyond the standard internet offering. The selection criteria to determine award recipients include consistently glowing customer reviews; competitive pricing in the marketplace; diligent utilization of Agoda’s custom-built YCS (Yield Control System); and a willingness to work with Agoda to create faster, easier bookings worldwide.  The award was presented by the Market Manager of Agoda Marc Oliver Thiel to the hotel’s General Manager Adele Ang.
