PATAcademy-HCD participants will explore Talat Noi, one of the oldest Chinese communities in a lesser known part of Chinatown and discover the authentic experience of the locals Chinese community. Talat Noi is small community located next to Chao Phraya River. Even this community is a small community but the uniqueness of this community is that they have a diverse background and jobs. Local guide will lead the group through small alleys to see old houses that were built a hundred years ago.
Highlight of the programme are a traditional Chinese food workshop with locals “Khun Suree and her friends” who will showcase an authentic Chinese recipe while enjoy the beautiful sunset along Chao Phraya river. Gourmet Chinese and Thai food will be served together with remarkable view of Bangkok at night at RiverVibe Bangkok.
