Last August 28, 2015 – Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Philippines LPU-Manila Student Chapter in partnership with the Lyceum of the Philippines University History Society had its event entitled Cultural Caravan wherein it showcases the creativity of the students to present the different delicacies and cultures from the different cities of our country like Ilocos Norte, Cebu, Davao and etc. The students of Lyceum of the Philippines University Manila shown their different creativeness by wearing some costumes, the materials they used for their booth are really amazing because they made us feel the culture of their assigned cities. They also brought some delicacies like Dried Mango (dried mangoes), Chicharon (deep fried pork’s back fat or pork rind), Otap (oval-shaped crunchy baked biscuit), Bibingka (rice cake) and etc. Our organization, students of our university and our fellow Filipinos are really proud to have all of these delicious delicacies, different culture and destinations here in the Philippines.
