PATA India Chapter hosts “Tourism PowerHouse” initiative to help businesses grow and align with international travellers’ expectations

NEW DELHI, July 5, 2018 — The PATA India Chapter is hosting ‘Tourism PowerHouse’ on 5th & 6th August 2018 at The PARK Hotel, New Delhi. This initiative aims to bring together tourism stakeholders and thought leaders from around the world and India to interact and share best practices, latest trends and innovative ideas to help businesses grow and be aligned to expectations of the international traveller. 

The two-day event will be presided by Mrs Rashmi Verma, both in her capacity as Secretary Tourism and Chairperson PATA India Chapter, and Dr. Mario Hardy, CEO of PATA. The keynote address on ‘Tourism Trends & Opportunities’ will be delivered by Professor John Koldowsky from Leshan Normal University, Sichuan Provence, China.

All stakeholders are urged to attend the Tourism PowerHouse and gain from the various subjects it will address and help gear up for the future. It is important and useful to widen the perspective and knowledge about the global developments in tourism to be able to optimise the full potential of India, as a year-round tourist destination.
