PATA’s Capilano University Student Chapter launches new “What in the World in Travel” podcast episode featuring BRUCE POON TIP and hosted by Shaun McGrath and Jennifer Vaughan

VANCOUVER, February 28, 2019 – PATA Canada Vancouver Capilano University Student Chapter has launched a new episode in its podcast, What in the World in Travel. Episode 6 features a thought-provoking discussion with Bruce Poon Tip, Founder of G Adventures and Planeterra and best-selling author of Looptail.

In this episode, Mr. Poon Tip discusses what the future of tourism looks like for his company, the importance of responsible tourism, and giving back to G Adventures’ host communities. He also discusses G Adventures’ employee culture and the importance of happy employees.

According to Mr. Poon Tip, “Everyone’s life is changed when tourism is done right.” He also offers the advice that “You should not be unconscious (while) traveling.”
