Robin Weber Pollak is an experienced facilitator, insightful strategist, and the owner of Journeys International, where she has been president since 2011. Founded by Robin’s parents Joan and Will Weber in 1978 based on a commitment to cross-cultural connection and environmental preservation, Journeys has long been a pioneer in ecotourism and adventure travel. Now, under Robin’s visionary leadership, the company continues to break new ground designing goal-driven experiences that foster discovery, spark human connection, and help people see the world and themselves through new eyes. Her unique perspective on adventure can be traced to previous work as an experiential educator in camp and university settings, with a focus on service learning, immersive experiences, and ethical leadership. She earned an MBA from The George Washington University as a Global Leaders Fellow, and graduated Summa cum laude with a BA from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota.
