PATA Malaysia Taylor’s Student Chapter (PATA MTSC) Elects New Executive Committee (2022/2023)

Subang Jaya, 29 April 2022 – PATA Malaysia Taylor’s Student Chapter elected a new executive committee of 2022/2023 through a virtual election on 29 April 2022. The virtual election was conducted from 9pm-10pm via a zoom application and chaired by Dr. Thanam Subramaniam (the advisor of PATA MTSC). Ms. Kelly Christie was elected as the new president among four candidates who stood up for the position. A week before the virtual election day, all members of PATA MTSC were asked to nominate suitable candidates for the available positions in the prepared google link. This nomination illustrated a democratic process in selecting the qualified person for the available positions.

 
 

The newly elected committee consists of 8 exco members, including President Ms. Kelly  Christie, Vice-President Ms. Zaha Mohamed Ziyad, Secretary Ms. Arswendea Jean, Treasurer  Ms. Rinne Matsushita, Head of Marketing Ms. Rin Matsumoto, Head of Public Relations Mr.  Winston Supardi, Head of Recruitment, Ms Miyuki Masuda and Head of Activity, Mr. Riku  Nagai.  

Dr.Thanam congratulated the new elected committee and encouraged everyone to provide  the full commitment in all upcoming activities. She also thanked the previous committee  members for their continuous supports and commitment last year. The newly elected  president Ms. Kelly Christie used this opportunity to thank all members who voted for her and promised to show exemplary leadership to the new team. The session was ended at 10  pm after Dr.Thanam thanked all present.
