Mexico

  • Starting in August, Mexico will launch an electronic visa platform for foreign tourists eliminating the need for in-person visits to consular offices. The e-visa costing 32 USD is not valid for travel by land or sea. It only applies to foreigners entering via air for tourism, cultural or family purposes and require a visa to enter mexico. It does not allow any work activities and is valid for a maximum of 180 days. Infants under two years old are exempt from the payment.

Federated States of Micronesia

  • No visas are required for entry into the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), although visitors should have valid passports and a round-trip ticket.

    Non-U.S. citizens are automatically permitted to remain as tourists for 30 days, and can extend their stay up to 90 days. Those wishing to visit the FSM for a period exceeding 30 days must also complete an entry permit. Citizens and nationals of Palau, the Marshall Islands and the USA may be issued an entry permit for the duration of the visit which shall not exceed one year.

Fiji

  • Fijians who qualify for a US business or tourist visa will be required to pay a bond of US$5,000, US$10,000 or US$15,000 before the visa is approved.

    Fijian passport holders do not need a visa to enter Fiji. And also have the list of nationalities that are visa exempted and issued with a visitors permit on arrival: Visa extempted countries

    Visitors need to lodge for their visa or relevant permit prior to purchasing their ticket and boarding the flight to Fiji, they also need a Transit Visa if they are passing through Fiji to their final destination. In addition, visitors need to show travel documents or passport when entering Fiji.

    The visa applications can be directly lodged at any Fijian Immigration Department office or through the nearest Fiji High Commission and Embassy offices stationed abroad. This visa is valid for 3 months and can be used for a single journey to Fiji only. It takes 14 working days to process visa applications from the date of receipt by the Visa Officer.

    Travel documents tourists need to prepare when travelling to Kiribati include: return ticket, valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate, visa (if required) and work Permit (if required)

Northern Marianas

  • Travellers to Guam or the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) under the Guam-CNMI Visa Waiver Program (G–CNMI VWP) need to submit Form I–736 electronically in advance of travel and receive an electronic travel authorization prior to embarking on a carrier for travel to Guam or the CNMI starting from September 30, 2024 - November 28, 2024.

    Travelers need a valid passport from an eligible country and must complete the online ETA application once they book their travel or at least seven days before they depart for Guam or the CNMI.

    A new eTA must be obtained if the traveler is issued a new passport, changes their name, gender, or country of citizenship, or if their previous responses to the eligibility questions on Form I-736 change.

    The G-CNMI VWP allows eligible citizens from 12 countries to travel to Guam and/or the CNMI without the need for a physical visa. Travelers must present a round-trip ticket and aconfirmed departure date not exceeding 45 days from the date of admission to be considered eligible. But if passports that expire in six months or less will not receive an approved eTA.

Tonga

  • Travellers are required to hold passports with a validity of a minimum of 6 months and must proceed immediately to a Customs Officer at Passport Control booths provided for the necessary immigration clearances when entering Tonga. In addition, citizens of all other countries need visas to enter Tonga (prior to arrival) and ensure that their visas remain valid for any period for which they are in the Kingdom.

    Some countries are offered a 30-day tourist visa on arrival in Tonga (listed in announcement). Visiting Tonga for a period of not less than 30 days is required to obtain an entry permit issued by the Immigration Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs prior to arriving in Tonga.
