Tourwiz is SaaS based solution delivery platform for travel companies/travel agents hosted on Amazon cloud. It allows them to manage their entire business right from managing customers (CRM), suppliers, enquiries, bookings, confirmations, payments, automate operations and follow ups in one centralized platform, thus increasing operational efficiencies and reducing costs. Our solutions provide agencies with tools which allow small businesses to self-service their travel requirements, Automates AR and reconciliations and accept online payments. No more lost invoices or payments. This in itself is a big USP. In addition we will shortly enable an AI engine which will understand learn customer’s preference patterns and provide matching content and promotions and guide agent.
