He spent his career in International deluxe hotel brands which took him from Europe to several countries in Africa. He moved to resorts management in Fiji for his first GM’s position and then went to Tahiti where he settled a few years heading the legendary Beachcomber Intercontinental resort before moving again to Thailand for the same brand. Mr. Kadoi Ruluked is the Managing Director of the Palau Visitors Authority. Before being appointed Director in June 2020, Kadoi began his career at PVA as a Marketing Representative in 2005. Yang is Head of Public Affairs for Asia Pacific at Booking.com. Prior to joining Booking.com, Yang held senior roles in public affairs and public policy at foodpanda and Juul Labs. Before that, Yang held a number of roles in public affairs advisory firms such as APCO Worldwide and Asia Group Advisors to support global clients in public affairs and government relations.
