Intrepid Travel: Integrated Annual Report 2023

22 March 2024 - Published today is our  2023 Integrated Annual Report, which provides a transparent and holistic look at our business over our most successful and impactful year in our 34-year history.  

In 2023, Intrepid achieved all six of the ambitious goals we set using our balanced scorecard approach. We always set the bar high, but this strong performance resulted in us giving back a record $4.6m total to community and charitable causes, raising $2.8m for our Foundation’s 50 partners, and achieving EBITDA of $34.6m.  

This sets a strong foundation as we embark on the journey towards our ambitious future targets under the strategic vision: ‘The world needs more Intrepid people’. 

As a certified B Corp, we firmly believe in the importance of transparently sharing both the positive (and negative) impacts we create. The full report showcases the highlights, but also where we’ve fallen short or had to rethink our approach as we work towards creating more impact, in more ways, for more people.
