Lim Ben-Jie is the Chief People & Partnerships Officer of AirAsia MOVE. He oversees two pivotal pillars that drive growth at the Asean leading OTA.

Internally, he is shaping a high-performing, people-first organisation through purpose-led strategies that empower talent and cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation. Externally, he spearheads strategic partnerships across supply, distribution, and technology—expanding AirAsia MOVE’s ecosystem and accelerating its footprint globally.

Since joining AirAsia in 2015, Ben-Jie has held diverse leadership roles including Chief of Staff to Tan Sri Tony Fernandes, accumulating over a decade of cross-functional experience spanning people & culture, business partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of the West of England and Taylor’s University, he combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.
