Jackson Pek is Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate & Legal Affairs Officer at Amadeus. He leads the global Corporate & Legal Affairs function, encompassing Legal, Risk & Compliance, Industry & Government Affairs, Corporate Marketing & Communications, and Sustainability. In this role, Jackson drives Amadeus’ commitment to responsible business practices, stakeholder trust, and embedding sustainability at the core of the company’s strategy — supporting Amadeus’ purpose to make the experience of travel better.

Jackson has over three decades of international legal and corporate affairs experience. He began his career as an attorney at White & Case and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in the U.S. and Asia, and later served as a senior attorney at IBM, overseeing legal matters for ASEAN and South Asia. Joining Amadeus in 2006 as General Counsel for Asia Pacific, Jackson spent 12 years shaping legal strategy in the region. He then served as Chief Legal Officer at AirAsia Group, managing legal activities for nine airlines and serving on the Senior Management Committee. Jackson returned to Amadeus to lead global commercial and transactional legal matters and was appointed Senior Vice President in 2022.

Jackson holds business and law degrees from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and New York University School of Law. He also served on the faculty of the National University of Singapore Law School.

A U.S. citizen, Jackson has lived and worked across the U.S., Asia, and Europe.
