Dr. Jaruwan (Rose) Suwannasat serves as Chief Information Officer at Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), dedicated to strengthening TCEB's role as a MICE business innovation enabler and advancing Thailand's MICE industry. Previously Director of MICE Intelligence and Innovation, she founded this division in 2017 to bring modern knowledge and innovation into the sector. With over a decade of exhibition industry experience, she has held director roles at TCEB and worked with global firms including Heineken, Boots Retail, and Central Retail Thailand. She holds a Ph.D. in Technopreneurship and Innovation Management from Chulalongkorn University and a Master's in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, UK.
