Ms. Patria has over 31 years of hospitality experience. After finishing her studies in Les Roches, Switzerland, she started her career as Sales Executive and eventually focused on Banquets and F&B, working her way up to the F&B Director role.

In 2018, she successfully opened Holiday Inn DFC as General Manager.

Ms. Pat has always aimed to deliver and inspire unforgettable guest experience and employee engagement and development. Her father's influence in her growing up stirred her passion and love for hotel work. IHG mentorship programmes have likewise been a significant part of her widely successful career in countries such as Dubai, Laos, Korea, Vietnam and the Philippines.
