Shri Arvind Singh

Secretary to Government of India, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India

Mr. Arvind Singh is an Indian Administrative Service officer of 1988 batch and is presently the Secretary to Government of India, Ministry of Tourism. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and the Delhi School of Economics. He has held several key responsibilities in Government of Maharashtra and the Government of India.

He has served as Chairman, Airports Authority of India and was also posted at the Embassy of India, Tokyo as Minister (Economic). Mr. Singh has attended mid-career training courses at the Graduate Institute, Geneva and Harvard University.
