Indonesia, 22nd September, 2020 - On September 2020 we had a great opportunity to do an Online Island Exchange Program with Temasek Polytechnic Student Chapter. There are several rows of activities that that we did during the Island Exchange Program.

The first activity is we do a short Island Exchange between TP PATA and BTP PATA. On this program every student chapter did a group presentation about their island and there are four groups from TP PATA who presented about several hipster café and instagramable places in Singapore and such as : The Moon Café, Professor Brown Café, Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, Jinrikisha Station, Potato Head, Orto, Kampong Glam and Changi Airport. And from BTP PATA there are three groups that presented about some island that offer the combination between culture and the nature beauty that still well preserved, they are: Mandalika, Magelang and Labuan Bajo. After the presentation session we also do a QnA session to sharing more information and answering some curiosity. From this program we be come to know some information that may not have been found anywhere before, and it’s very nice to be able to exchange some information between our student chapter. After the Island Exchange Program, our next activitiy is do a Networking Session with TP PATA. In this activity first we got a Master Class on Networking from PATA YOUTH to learn basic abilities for Networking. In this session we learn to how craft a god self-intro for networking, how to start a conversation with a stranger and other important things about networking, then in the next session we are divided into some groups (in a break out room) and start practicing to do a networking starting from self-intro and sharing sessions for 30 minutes.

After the time is up and we get back to the main room, every leader from each groups must do a presentation about what they learn from the networking sessions and also we do a sharing session. And from this activites we learn much about how to do a networking properly, also we get to know that from the all the differences that exist between us we also had some similarities
