Why did you join PATA?

We joined PATA to collaborate more closely with like-minded organizations that are shaping the future of travel across Asia Pacific. As an Asean born online travel agency, our goal is to make travel more accessible, while helping more people discover the beauty of Asean and beyond. PATA provides a strong platform to share ideas, learn, network and create more value for travelers.

How do you see your organization aligning with PATA's new vision of creating a meaningful Pacific Asia tourism economy, and how can this vision be reflected in your day-to-day operations?

PATA’s vision of a more meaningful tourism economy closely aligns with the shift we’re seeing in travel which is towards more personalized, accessible, and experience-driven journeys. In our day-to-day work, we aim to make travel simpler and more affordable, while helping travelers find experiences that are relevant to them. We also encourage exploration beyond major destinations, so more places across Asean can benefit from tourism. By reducing friction in the planning process and bridging the gap between inspiration and conversion, we aim to deliver a seamless end-to-end journey that is both impactful and accessible.

What recent initiatives, trends, or transformations in your organization or destination would you like to share with the PATA network? (Non-promotional)

We are observing a shift in traveler behavior toward discovery-driven journeys, where personalized recommendations and inspiration outweigh traditional destination searches. This trend is particularly evident in the rise of intra-Asean travel, with increasing demand for secondary cities and hidden gem destinations. Recognizing that the future of travel in Asia is defined by mobile-first, peer-led discovery, we are optimizing our digital ecosystem to bridge the gap between inspiration and conversion. By streamlining the transition from discovery to booking, we are empowering travelers to explore the full diversity of the Asean region and beyond.
