Assistant Professor Dr. Nurgül Boz is an academic specializing in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. She obtained her Ph.D. in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from Akdeniz University, Türkiye. Since 2021, she has been actively involved in teaching and research, focusing on culinary innovations, consumer behavior, and the impact of social media on gastronomy. In 2022, she joined Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University as a lecturer and was promoted to Assistant Professor in 2024.
