His expertise spans destination development, responsible and regenerative tourism, green growth strategies, and digital experience design. Martin has led capacity-building and advisory projects in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Laos — including the UNDP “Sustainability Champions” programme — supporting stakeholders to align strategy, marketing, and operations with sustainable, inclusive outcomes.
