Mike is the Regional General Manager of South East Asia at Intrepid Travel, the travel industry’s largest B Corporation.

Born in the UK, Mike began his professional career in manufacturing, specializing in Operational Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety. His passion for travel led him to Asia, where he discovered the ideal platform to combine his career with his love for exploration.

With over 20 years of experience, Mike began as a group leader and quickly moved into leadership roles across Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines, eventually expanding into Myanmar. After successfully building the business in Myanmar, he transitioned into developing external sales before taking on the role of General Manager for Thailand and Laos. Mike now leads our multi country office across South East Asia.

Driven by results, Mike excels at delivering solutions and enhancing performance, consistently identifying and executing strategies that yield measurable outcomes. Known for his proactive approach, exceptional problem-solving skills, and innovative solutions, he continuously optimizes operational efficiency and boosts customer satisfaction.
