Sanghoon Lee

Executive Director of the Tourism Industry Division, Seoul Tourism Organization

Sanghoon Lee currently works as the Executive Director of the International Tourism & MICE Division at the Seoul Tourism Organization and oversees as many as 95 staff members belonging to eight departments, including the Global Marketing Team, Smart Tourism Team, MICE Bureau Team, Tourism Services Team, Industry Cooperation Team, Tourism Content Team, Citizen Tourism Team, and Business Development Task Force Team. Executive Director Lee is a specialist in the marketing field, boasting executive experience at Cheil Worldwide Inc., as well as over ten years at the Albert Image Lab in Canada as the lab's Chief Executive Officer. His time spent at the Gallup Polls Ltd. was centered around such projects as the International Post Seoul Olympic Survey (Korea, USA, Russia, China, Japan, England, France, Thailand) for the Korea National Tourism Organization and the Survey on Repealing Summer Time System in Korea for the Ministry of Government Administration of Korea, while his years as an account executive saw him oversee the advertising, marketing project planning, and operations for major clients, including Korea Telecom, Samsung Electronics, Mercedes Benz Korea, and Samsung C&T Corporation. In 2005, he founded the Albert Image Lab in Canada and actively ran the advertising, marketing consultation, and content production as the chief executive officer.
