Tsetsegmaa Bayanbat

Officer, International Relations & Partnership, Mongolia Tourism Organization (MTO)

Tsetsegmaa Bayanbat has been involved with MTO since its establishment in 2023, contributing to its development and international engagement. Her work focuses on international relations, partnerships, investment opportunities, and connecting Mongolia’s tourism sector with global networks. MTO works with international organizations and development partners, including KTO, KOICA, JICA, UNESCO, TNC, ADB, and the World Bank.

She has supported international tourism promotion with MTO’s Marketing and Media team and the Government of Mongolia, coordinating 40+ international influencers and content creators, generating 200+ million views and impressions. She also contributed to organizing the Nas Summit in Mongolia in 2023 and 2024, supporting learning and networking opportunities for 10,000+ young people.

Her focus is on building a sustainable, resilient, and competitive tourism sector, connecting rural communities and youth with global knowledge, education, scholarships, and opportunities.
She holds degrees from China Foreign Affairs University, National University of Mongolia, and Ultimo TAFE, Sydney.
