Overview and Collaboration Success

PATA Malaysia HELP University Student Chapter (PATAMHUSC) proudly announces the successful completion of the co-hosted training program, “AI Productivity in Travel and Tourism,” an initiative designed to accelerate digital transformation and operational efficiency within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), Business Events, Spa, and Wellness Tourism sectors.

This impactful session was organized in collaboration with the Tourism Productivity Nexus (TPN), operating under the national mandate of the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC). The partnership reflects a shared national commitment to advancing Malaysia’s tourism competitiveness through innovation and technology-driven productivity.

The one-day training brought together 30 highly engaged industry professionals, representing the MICE and Wellness sectors of the tourism ecosystem, who actively participated in discussions, activities, and strategic exercises focused on AI applications for business growth.

Expert Leadership and Focused Content

Special appreciation is extended to our esteemed advisor, Ms. Rajes, who skillfully led the training. As a TPN Industry Expert and a member of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Pool of Experts – Marketing, Sales, and Trends (2025), Ms. Rajes shared forward-thinking insights and demonstrated the transformative potential of AI in enhancing productivity and service excellence.

She was ably supported by PATAMHUSC President, Ms. Anabelle Wong, and Vice President, Ms. JaeLin, whose coordination and facilitation ensured a smooth and impactful learning experience for all participants.
