PATA Bangkok University Student Chapter: Seasonal Podcasts

Bangkok, Thailand, 30 April 2025 – The PATA Thailand Bangkok University Student Chapter has made remarkable strides in creating meaningful digital content during this academic semester. What began as an internal initiative has now evolved into a full-fledged podcast series, currently in its fourth season. Initially designed to strengthen collaboration and creativity among chapter members, the podcast has grown to reach a broader audience, focusing on pressing issues related to sustainability, education, technology, and tourism. Each season explores new themes, allowing students to share their voices, connect theory with practice, and contribute to the global discourse on sustainable development.

This semester, the Student Chapter continued its fourth podcast season by releasing insightful episodes that delved into the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI), education, hospitality, and urban sustainability. The season launched with “AI & The Future of Quality Education,” discussing AI’s potential to enhance teaching and learning. It was followed by “Quality Education – The Classroom Without Human Teachers,” exploring the role of AI in potentially replacing human educators. In the third episode, “AI, Education & Future of Work in Hospitality,” guest speaker Khun Tunyatorn, a lecturer and entrepreneur, shared her industry experience on how AI is reshaping the future workforce in hospitality. The final two episodes turned to smart cities, addressing how innovative technologies contribute to sustainable urban development and help achieve SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities).
