She has been with the Korea Tourism Organization for 30 years, specializing in international tourism marketing. Her expertise includes market-based marketing for American, Southeast Asia, and Oceania, as well as marketing for tourism brands, medical and wellness tourism, luxury tourism and MICE. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Korea MICE Bureau at the Korea Tourism Organization.
