Lizam Yugyal Dorji is an events and hospitality professional with extensive experience delivering conferences, incentives, educational trips, weddings, and luxury travel programmes. Her career spans Bhutan and Thailand, where she has managed high-profile projects for government delegations, global organisations, corporates, and private clients including the United Nations and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

With a strong background in operations, programme design, marketing, and client management, Lizam brings both creativity and precision to every event. She has led everything from intimate celebrations to large international gatherings of several thousand participants, always prioritising cultural sensitivity and exceptional guest experience.
