Zafirah Abdul Rahman

Head of OB Research Sdn. Bhd.

Zafirah leads research and community-based projects at OB Research Sdn. Bhd., where she works with government agencies, industry partners, and local communities on research, stakeholder engagement, and development initiatives. Over the past four years, she has been involved in projects focused on youth development, community empowerment, and social impact. 

With a background in accounting and organisational management, Zafirah has over 15 years of professional experience. Before joining OB Research, she worked at an education consultancy, supporting education transformation initiatives across Malaysia.

She believes research should lead to practical outcomes that benefit people and communities. Through her work, she aims to support youth development, strengthen local communities, and encourage collaboration for sustainable growth.
