PATA ICUSC Champions Youth Mental Well-Being to Drive Future Innovation

PUNJAB, INDIA, August 14th 2026, In alignment with global celebrations for International Youth Day, the PATA India Chandigarh University Student Chapter organized an expert talk centered on mental well-being, emotional resilience, and effective work practices. Recognizing that future leaders in tourism and hospitality face an increasingly dynamic and competitive global environment, the initiative focused on equipping students with essential psychological tools to thrive both academically and professionally.

 
 

Cultivating Mindsets for Future Leadership

The session featured Ms. Riya Rajput, a distinguished psychologist and counsellor specializing in youth emotional health and performance optimization. Delivering the keynote address, Ms. Rajput highlighted that sustainable innovation, leadership, and professional excellence are deeply rooted in strong mental health.

 
 

Throughout her address, she shared evidence-based strategies designed to help young professionals manage stress, cultivate a growth mindset, and build psychological resilience—qualities essential for navigating high-pressure careers in international tourism and service industries.
