The Digital Mastery Workshop 2025 was jointly organised by Taylor's University's School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events (SHTE) and the Sustainable Tourism Impact Lab (STIL), in collaboration with the Kuala Lumpur Tourist Guides Association (KLTGA). Held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the workshop was designed to equip tourist guides with the digital capabilities needed to thrive in today's technology driven tourism landscape, bringing academia and industry together to support the professional development of Malaysia's guiding community.

commitment to partnerships between academia and industry, aligning with SDG 4 on Quality Education and SDG 17 on Partnerships for the Goals. By contributing student speakers to a professional development session for working tourist guides, the chapter strengthened the bridge between tourism education at Taylor's University and the practising guiding community in Malaysia, while giving its members the opportunity to share their digital knowledge with industry professionals.
